The interview process was not at all clear, they mentioned in JD, soft coding skills in python, and the interviewer is asking hard level questions with different complexity levels.
Prepare well for coding questions at difficulty level medium to hard.. They are just there to reject the candidates

There is no interview, but there is a test that you must pass. I believe you have a week to access the materials and take the test. I have heard that if you do not pass the first time, they will give you a second chance.

Asked a lot of excel questions and VBA. Get to the point and don't get off topic is helpful. I don't think HR is that patient though, they seem to be pushing for quicker responses.
