Phone call from a friendly HR advisor. She gave me an overview of the process and the stages. I only went through the initial screening which included basic questions about my resume. Unfortunately I was not selected for 2nd interview.

The interview was mostly behavioural. It was pretty easy except times they wanted me to wax poetic about myself (see questions below). The director, who did not work in finance, was pretty condescending. I never received a rejection or heard anything from them ever again.
