The first interview with the Leasing team went well, and I was given an assessment the next day. Shortly after, I was told the position was “on hold”. A couple of weeks later, the role “reopened”, and I met with the Leasing Director. After that, I was completely ghosted.. No follow-up, no updates, nothing - despite the company emphasizing transparency during the process. They also stressed that the role is very high stress.
Overall, communication was inconsistent, and the process felt wasteful.
