Former TFAS program members can apply to assist new member classes by submitting their resume and cover letter to their original Program Director. Several of such applicants are then selected to interview via Skype (as most applicants live out of the DC area). After flexible scheduling, an hour-long Skype call takes place between the applicant and Program Director and another high ranking individual.
