HR screen asking general questions about my background, my leadership style. They were quite curious about the size of my current company. They said they would be in touch by end of the next week. 3 weeks later, nothing. No email, nothing. It's not hard to tell someone that they went with someone else. No courtesy from them at all. They just ghosted. Reading other reviews, it seems I was not the exception. Ghosting is a common practice with this company I won't be following up.
