Three months (!) after submitting an application online, I was invited to a video interview with a recruiter and a director at this company. Recruiter tried to gaslight me in her attempt to explain why it took 3 months to respond by blaming the client rather than truthfully say they posted the job *before* they were awarded the contract to do outsourced IT for a general manufacturer of motor vehicles. Was asked standard interview questions. The people were pleasant to speak with but due to the length of time that had elapsed since applying, I had other opportunities in hand, so I used this as interview practice.
