One short phone interview, a first on site conference call with UK, a second seven hour technical / workplace fit day and a third on site meeting with HR. I was offered the job verbally but two weeks later whilst waiting for a contract I was told they would not be filling the position due to the current oil price. Massive waste of time with a stupidly drawn out interview process that could have at least been condensed into one day.
