What started as a regular three interviews post hr intake turned into 9 total hours of my time only to be rejected at the end. The team doesn’t know what they want or they can’t make up their mind or there are too many cooks in the kitchen. You should be able to tell from a few conversations, their resume and work samples that a candidate will do good work. This was the worse job hunting experience I’ve had to date.
