Waste of Time, no intention to select the candidate. The process is too lethargic and clumsy. First of all which ever consultancy calls you, they will beg you to attend the interview. They will call you at the company premises and make you attend telephonic rounds. They make candidates wait for at least 2 hrs before the interviews commence. They try to compensate by giving you a bottle at the end.

Do not attend interview as they are Only conducting interviews, Don't know why. Doesn't matter how good at your skills. Went to TIAA's office to attend F2F but, It was video call interview for 45 mins. He was reading and asking questions which are already written somewhere. He could see me but I couldn't. Spoke with other interviewed ios developers and all are got rejected... Few said had 10 mins interview and few 30-45 mins. I answered all the questions like 99% Go attend interview if you want free water bottle, free food, 🙂 It was very bad experience for me
