Was contacted via email to interview. First round was at my university. Second round at the office in Iselin, NJ where you interview with three people in the staff. 2 behavioral and 1 technical. One of the individuals I was supposed to interview with was not there and I was asked to interview with someone else. For the technical portion of the interview, the employee left during my interview for a few minutes to handle an errand and then he returned. I rated the experience negative because the recruiting team did a very poor job communicating with all of the potential hires. They also did not value my time nor did they provide any information as to how candidates were selected and why I was denied. The turn around time was extremely long as well. Would not recommend working here as it seems they do not respect or value your time.
