I was called for the managerial round after two days. This round had normal questions like what is your role in the company, expected CTC, describe your product etc which only lasted for 20 mins After this exhausting process, I received a call from the consultancy that they already had their positions filled in. The only good thing is they give a cup and pen as a small gift to all the candidates, and also food from canteen which is just namesake. Advice to interviewers : Please don't waste candidates time and money to reach your office in WTC. Candidates work really hard and a lot of effort is put in for the interview, any interview for that sake. Finally don't show all your sugarcoated attitude to lure in candidates, everyone knows what happens inside the company, as I have friends there too.
