The initial process was great. The interviewers were engaging, insightful, and professional. The HR contact was friendly and communicated frequently. It became a negative experience when they ghosted me after multiple interviews. I sent a follow up email after weeks of waiting and heard nothing back. It's frustrating when companies throw professionalism out of the window as soon as they decide they don't want to hire you. After I took multiple days off of work for the interviews, the least they could do is send me a note that I was out of the running. It's incredibly rude to leave candidates wondering and leaves a bad impression of the company.
