My resume was sent to a current employee who then forwarded it to Human Resources. A Senior HR team member contacted me and was very professional. I was then passed off to a junior HR employee who scheduled the phone interview. The phone interview with the hiring manager was typical and lasted about 20 minutes. I was never contacted by the junior HR employee after the phone interview. Since I wasn't very impressed with the company as a whole I decided to not follow up either.

Was asked to explain how I measured and operationalized specific variables in my previous work. This seemed more like a way to gain insights about other companies measurement standards than was a test of my knowledge. It seemed kind of unprofessional.

Entrevista
Both comprehensive and thorough, the team was good to work with throughout. Long process from start to finish but good HR department. More of a get to know you in the first phase, second phase a bit more finite in questions. Technical questions came up throughout but were not the ultimate emphasis, if you interview well you will likely get bumped to the next round where the interview is with three to four members of different groups who ask very different questions. Then after that process, you will have two final interviews with the group heads and they ultimately have to give you the okay.
Start with resume short listing then HR round then lead analyst round then assitant director round then HR round for discussion on compensation. This is the process for interview at tiaa.

Entrevista
The interview process started off well, but the company as a whole continued to post multiple jobs daily during a job freeze that lasted over 6 months. Doesn't seem very honest or transparent to job seekers or employees.
