Applied online, received a call from a recruiter to discuss background,and why i wanted to work at this organization. After another week got a call to come in for a face to face interview. the interview was with two department heads. They were both really nice people. They asked questions based on my resume and my past experience. The whole interview was about an hour long.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter then an in-person interview with two of my would-be managers/team leads. They asked a serious of open-ended questions about my experience and requested specific examples demonstrating positive behaviors.
