Truly the most disorganized interview I've experienced in my life. Was told that the recruiter 'accidentally' forgot to ask me for a writing sample 5 hours before my interview (we had this interview scheduled over 2 weeks in advance). My actual interviewer showed up over 15 minutes late to the zoom interview, proceeded to talk about herself for 15 minutes and ask not a single question about myself. She asked if I had a question or two, but once I asked one she said she has a meeting to be on that I guess took priority over our interview. So, my interview was barely 15 minutes long where I was asked no questions about myself. Got a nice rejection e-mail 5 weeks later. Extremely frustrating.
