They have a really standard interview process. They are highly professional and dosen't drag the interview too long. This company is greatly suites mechanical engineers being a heavy Engineering sector. They'll see whether your basics in Design, Manufacturing and other mechanical oriented subjects are good or not. Answers should be brief and to the point. In my case they took my subjective strengths for asking questions.
