1 round of interview with HR: Mostly behavioral type of questions. There are some situational questions as well, but majority are behavioral. I would say the difficulty isn't hard along with the slow pace, there are time to think of answers and conduct a good multidirectional discussion with the interviewer. Moreover, the interviewer had been at the firm for quite a long time, so they know a lot about the firm, in which is a good thing; so take the advantage here to ask them questions.
