Entrevista
I filled out an application and took it into the store. I heard back fairly quickly and scheduled my interview. I went in for the interview and talked with one of the store managers. I was asked fairly normal interview questions to learn more about my previous work experiences and situations I was in.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation. How did you handle it?

Entrevista
It was quick and easy. Very straight forward, but thorough. It was in person and I got a call the next day that i was hired. This was three years ago so it might be different now.
The interview consisted of A brief Phone screen followed by an in person interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Questions were relayed to experience from last jobs and responding to customer service scenarios.

Very simple and easy and immedietly got an offer. Although I had very open availability and I speak spanish. Questions were mostly about how to handle stress or certain situations and also availaibility.
