It is pretty easy, and pretty much everyone gets hired. Dress appropriately and as if you have some style. Be early and respectful. Know your skill set and what you’ll be able to give to the company.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
