First, it's the "tell me about yourself question" then you will get stuff like... what is teamwork? what is customer service? what tasks at previous jobs did you do? then deeper stuff like "when faced with a tough problem in school or work, how did you resolve it?" Then they asked why should we hire you? will you be willing to have flexibility for any position (cashier, dressing room, merchandising, etc)
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
