Group interview. Asked a few questions and asked us to act out how we would sell a T.J.X card. We were asked questions from a list in an order like the ones we filled out on our applications.

What prior customer service experience do you have?
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
