It was easy and smooth. They asked questions regarding my experience and if I was comfortable asking customers to apply for credit cards. They are big on getting credit cards
They will contact you by phone call. The interview process happens during the phone call. They ask pretty easy and general questions about how well you can manage problems. If they are satisfied with your answers, they will ask you about your availability.

It was an easy process. I applied for the job, got a call for an interview with the manager and heard back fast. The Manager at the time, was very nice and explained the role perfectly.

Interview and if hired you will have an orientation where it’s just videos going through what the stores like and policies then you will have a tour of the store
