You through a series of three interviews. You have the initial phone call from the corporate office, where you get asked normal interviewing questions (what made you apply, how much do you expect to earn, your weakness...etc), then you schedule an interview at the corporate office in Jackson, MI, then they send you onto the office that you applied for Or at least you hope. I've met many employees who have been placed in an office that they did not apply for. You will then be sent a new hire package if you are hired.
