Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa TLV Euro Engineering (New York, NY).

Such a waste of time. No clear expectations or process. Lack of respect for candidates time. After initial screening, my 1 hour phone interview was postponed twice, eventually became a 2 hour phone interview with the interviewer constantly repeating himself. I interpreted the interview as going well due to duration and overall discussion. The next step was a personality, behavioral analysis (which takes about 4 hours to complete). After submitting this, there was a 6 week gap until the in person interview. Not only did the in person interview consist of questions covered in the phone interview, but it seems that the interviewer completely forgot every detail we had discussed prior. The interviewer made no mention to the lengthy behavioral analysis, no mention of results, not even sure they looked at it. After a successful in person interview, there was no notification of decision. After following up with recruiter about a month later, the recruiter said they went with another candidate.
Follow up a month later, that candidate had already left the position because the role changed and it became a secretary/assistant position.
Have some respect for the candidate. It's a two way street. Your company is interesting but it's not leading a valve revolution or reinventing how valves work. The interview process should not take more than a month, especially with the disappointing level of attention that was portrayed by the Interviewer.
Or maybe learn how to better manage your time and efforts for efficiency and don't waste candidates time if you are not serious about it.
