Standard hiring process with 3 stages:
1. HR Associate: standard HR questions for screening (phone) - same old bs from HR
2. HM: 1:1 (very nice professional / chill)
3. Managing Director: Located in the British Virgin Islands (phone), sponsor of the project where I would be engaged.

Entrevista
Well structured and conducted by senior staffs. Expectations from role explained, how my role will impact company's objective informed and Feedback provided on spot. I was happy with the interview process and hope many other companies follow the same. Technical credibility can be judged but the employee should also be given an overview of what the job entails.
