Interview process have 04 rounds: Apply CV, Phone Screening, Interview with HR and Dept. Manager and Interview with Country Manager. I apply my CV through the career portal of the company. Those who are selected will receive email inform about Phone Screening which lasts around 10-15 minutes. For the 3rd and final round, the interview is about 20 minutes each. Since this is an intern position, therefore most of the questions are about knowledge about company, your advantages, disadvantages, and your career orientation, etc. The interview is in both English and your mother-tongue.
