Excellent and very thorough. Supervisor respectful, professional and gets the job done. There is a background check but if you are physically able to lift 50 pound totes and can read English. It is not to hard to qualify if there is a need for the position.

Very casual and a little too brief. Full job description wasn't given at time of interview. Even though I was told training was all online, it is incorrect and a little dated.

I was just asked if I was reliable! Evidently many people aren't, they work a couple of weeks then stop showing up, which I've never done nor would I do.
I was also asked if I could lift 30lbs.
Lastly was asked if I had a smart phone.

I filled out the application online. After about two weeks, I got a phone interview. After that, the woman who ended up being my first supervisor, reached out to me to do an in person interview.
