Na het opsturen van je CV en motivatie brief word je uitgenodigd voor een online gesprek. Daarna word je of wel, of niet uitgenodigd voor nog een gesprek (volgens mij). Hiervan word je per email op de hoogte gesteld.

They hire a technical expert, but in the whole interview process there were only managers, who couldn't hold an in-depth discussion on the topic. And then the position wasn't even for Senior level. One person asked behavioral questions from a list, like a quiz. Another was obsessed with the personality assessment results as if this is the most decisive thing - if so why interviewing at all. In the end I gave them more food for thought than learned from them, and didn't receive proper feedback.
