Entrevista
There is a first invitation at their offices to discuss about the company and your future ambitions.
If there is a first match, they arrange two technical interviews with system architects.
They ask you to write C++ code on paper. Even though the requested code is simple, it is a very old fashioned technique.
If the technical interviews go well, then you have to do a psychological test again on paper. After the results of this test you will have an offer.
