Was a short interview with a manager that was leaving tops and when if I got the job I started with a new manager. So it was a short process basic questions as to work ethic, why I wanted to work there etc.

After applying I contacted the store manager and let her know I was experienced in retail and was interested in a part time position while I attended college @ UB. She had the hiring manager call me the next day and when I got in she offered me the position without an interview.
