It was good, the initial process went by telephonic interview. Overall the experience was great. HR was very professional and understanding. Was also asked for walk-in but since i was not available, had to refuse.

I felt it to be friendlier interaction but they were very keen on having interest for BPO industry and asked questions regarding the industry. they wanted to hire an individual who have no future goals of moving to other company or having interest to pursue higher education, if you mention any of these two you might not get hired.
