so it was an average interview everything was good until they asked me that i should have an appointment with aima even so i have a valid work visa.i contacted AIMA and they said they dont have the right to ask you .

You have to dedicate maybe 30 min to 1 hour to do the tests they ask for as a standard. If you pass that, you will have an "interview" with someone that probably didn't even see your CV, but it is easy entrance.

1 is HR round
2 is a test
3 is detailed interview
Hr round is all about background, they ask about you, your past work experince and then if we pass we have to give a test in 2nd round.
