It was swift and easy process. They'll ask you to do the assessments and measure your capability of joining the company base on that and on your interview. There is also the final validation, a practice or mock up to test how will you handle your job's situation. And if you passed everything, your next step is the medical and job offer discussion.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
