There are 4 stages:
1st: HR - very easy and by the book. also a part in english
2nd: Online tests (easy)
3rd: Group dynamic - group of people discussing a case study typical of day to day at teleperformance. The problem here is the same about any group dynamics: that are always ungrateful.
4th: Panel Interview with managers.
My negative output was that during all of the phases they were very friendly and nice but at the end they gave rehearsed speech on why I wasn't selected. When I ended up asking for specific reasons to help me better myself no one answered, witch I thought was rude after such a long recruitment process.
