After an energetic and encouraging introduction, applicants undergo a basic technical-capability test and word-count test. This stage is extremely easy for the average person. Applicants then wait for up to several hours whilst one-on-one interviews go ahead which are relaxed and make you feel at ease. I was contacted about the outcome within 24 hours. *The interview process entirely depends on which campaign you are applying for. Unfortunately, my experience in the interview process for other campaigns were not as good as this one. The process depends mostly on the personalities leading than the process itself.
