Entrevista
Initial interview was done over the phone and mostly just validation questions. The proceeding 2 interviews were conducted by the hiring managers and the SVP. The interviews went very smoothly and pleasantly. I was asked a lot of industry-specific questions, mostly related to the line of work I am in.

One tough question I was asked was how I was going to adjust shifting from a small company, with 300 employees to a much bigger one with over 40k employees.
Great and precise. A good set of questions were prepared. The interview was approx 30 min and it was extremely professional. Everything was on point and I would love to do it again for extra happy points

Entrevista
It was good and people were open and non judgemental. Right expectations setting was done. The package was not satisfactory. Hence I did not took the offer or else I would loved to work in an org like this where potential matters. People oriented employer

Initiative would I take to improve business development.
The interview process was very random. No defined and clear structure. Interviewer very sloppy. Need to be more transparent in their job requirement details. Lack of communication and slightly slow also.
