You go in for a an application and do a typing test and a short paper test, then you come another day for a (second) interview and its a standard interview. Nowadays, especially holiday time, they arent too picky on who they hire

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
