Entrevista
I was invited for an interview and they asked me to fill in an online registration form and take a typing test.
After that, I was given a paper with simple technical and grammar questions to complete.
Completing that I met with interviewer for some questions.

The recruiter asks questions to see if you qualify. It wasn't intimidating and you feel welcomed. You are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback. The interview was over the phone.

Entrevista
Very Well precise and clear, fun at the same time also the interviewer were so good during the whole interview process up to the assessment as well as the Human Resource in catering us.
For the interview process they just asked a few questions and have you take a few assessments for customer service type situations. Pretty simple and quick process overall. Only took a day.
