You can apply online or walk in. If you apply online, it saves you some time. You do some basic assessments such as a typing assessment, then you interview. Once I completed my interview process, I was hired on the spot.

The questions depend on which project you are applying for. A lot of them are basic questions, and then some questions to ensure you understand it is a call center where you will be taking calls regularly in an agent position.

Proceso de captación vía WhatsApp para posteriormente enviar link para entrevista vía zoom. El proceso fue muy simple nos pidieron leer un párrafo en ingles y luego nos hicieron preguntas para responderlas en inglés

Good, the interviewer is engaging and easy to deal a conversation. However the process takes so much longer which is so frustrating to others since it's a long queue and the process takes long
