Recebi um e-mail numa sexta feira para a vaga de agente de atendimento retenção para Vila Prudente, entrei em contato e agendei para a terça feira. Processo longo e cansativo como sempre, depois de muita conversa, várias mudanças de sala, prova de português, matemática, informática, teste de digitação e redação houve uma entrevista em grupo onde o recrutador entrevistou cada candidato com muita pressa e dispensou um por um alegando que não tinha vaga para o perfil deles. Eu e mais dois candidatos que fomos para a vaga acima citada fomos informados que todas as vagas já haviam sido preenchidas. Ainda não entendi porque agendaram entrevista para uma vaga que já não estava mais disponível. Total falta de respeito!

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
