O processo para agente de atendimento especificamente achei bem simples. E isso não é ruim de forma alguma. Eu liguei para TP, eles demoraram em atender mas, agendei a entrevista sem dificuldade. O processo seletivo para SAC envolveu uma prova, redação, análise de perfil e entrevista individual.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
