First they will send you a message to schedule a Phone interview, if you pass this they will send you a link for an Exam and Assessment. Next would be your Final Interview. If you pass this, they will ask you to take the Versant Assesment which is a bit hard so i suggest you do some reviewing beforehand. They do give another chance if you fail on your first try though. You will not be hired if you do not pass the Versant Assesment even if you passed the interviews.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
