I applied for a work with Teleperformance. Once I applied, I received a confirmation email and then another email with next steps to complete. This included a customer service assessment, a speed test of your current internet connection, a typing test, and a screenshot of proof of internet/voice services. Once I completed everything, I received a call the next day from a recruiter. She interviewed me on the spot and advised me I had got the position as long as I passed my background check. For the background check you are sent an email to register and submit your information. My background check only took a day; if you passed it, on your report the status will be “eligible” or eligible for hire. You then complete and sign various forms electronically and then are provided your training schedule, production schedule, orientation date & start date.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
