Entrevista
The interview process was divided in four stages:
1) A group dynamics session with me and another applicant, where the goal was to decide two people, among 10 employees, to be laid off based on their work metrics, social behavior and personality.
2) An individual interview in English with an HR person to determine your work motivation and future outlook.
3) Online tests to assess your English, data management and organizational skills.
4) A final interview with an HR representative and a director of operations

two rounds interview, first round is basiclly screeening with HR.
seconde round is with the team manager, there might be a third round but not in my case. mostly asking question regarding your resume
Interview was 3 rounds had to interact with 2 junior level people and the team manager. Then the final round was with HR. The salary is very low and no negotiation on the salary
