I had a 2 part interview. I knew that one project position paid more than others offer at the company so I went for the money. The first part of my interview was with a woman for 2 hours. For some reason, she kept trying to get me to apply for a lesser paying project position with I knew for a fact they were vigorously hiring for the one i was gunning for. Weird. I really had to sell myself like never before in order to get to round 2. After wearing her down for 2 about 2 hours, she finally gives in and calls in the project manager to interview me. Round 2 lasted no more than 10 minutes. No exaggeration. At the end, I filled out payroll info and was informed that as long as my background check comes back clean, I'll be able to start at the end of the month.

First was a test, one more via teams. They ask about work experience with customers service and manage the stress. After this have wait a confirm via mail if the interview was ok.
