Entrevista
The hiring process was simple and quick, first you fill out an application, second after they review your application they ask you to turn off your cellular phones and follow them to the "Testing" room which is where they sit you down and have you take a typing test. They inform you that you must type faster then 25 wpm (words per minute). Which again is quite simple. Once you have passed the typing exam you are then pulled in for your "First" interview. The interviews are short and brief just simply getting a feel on your personality and work focus. If they like who you are and feel that you are most appropriate for the job they inform you of a date of which you can come in for a second interview. In the second interview they attempt to see how well you are with people and see how well you can pitch a sale.

Very quick and efficient. I’d personally say the entire process was easy if you have experience. They would ask you to answer basic questions, such as experiences and how you navigate objections. Recruiters kept it professional and organized.

Simple over the telephone conversation, asking about background, studies, etc. They called after a long time and I had already found another job so I asked very few questions about the position and did not go on with it.
The have a step by step process followed, all documented and you can request for feedback. They are polite, final interview is challenging since you are being interviewed by the ops manager
