Lengthy. Process designed for roles with much more skill required - did not fit the role applied for. Far too many ‘how would you react to’ scenarios and bizarrely they were not customer scenarios, but rather referring to colleagues. I’m assuming to limit risk but makes me suspicious of internal behaviour.

Very Fast and concise. It was in two stages, a phone call and a video interview with 2 interviewers. Asked about my experience and my status in Canada. Nothing to be too worried about, pretty easy-going.

The interview occurred in 3 stages. firstly phone call then virtual and In person at the end. It was a good experience being interviewed by recruitment team. I was not that easy and not that difficult.
