It was quick, It felt informal as there was only one person taking interview very casually. They did not ask much, I had to over explain to compensate. It was good overall
They really like the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). I was asked questions like what is the role about, competency and soft skills based questions (team work, resilience, initiative, attention to detail), what are the most pleasant work conditions for me etc.
