The interview process was fully online and started with an initial interview conducted by Nezda, the recruitment agency. It was a casual conversation where they asked about my background and interest in the role. After that, I took the SHL assessment, which tested my logic, language skills, and work behavior—it was a bit challenging, so I made sure to stay focused. Finally, I had my interview with someone from Teleperformance, where they asked situational and behavioral questions. I was nervous but excited throughout the process, and the interviewers made it easier by being approachable and professional.

Hasta el momento dos entrevistas, una hablandome sobre la campaña y una parte en ingles, y la segunda completamente en ingles, preguntas muy normales y basicas, pero el proceso quedo un poco estancado ahi, me mandaron pruebas, examenes medicos, y mandar mis documentos, pero no han avanzado en 1 semana
