During the final interview, I was asked about customer service and problem-solving, and I shared how I handle different situations. I felt a bit nervous at first, but the interviewer was friendly, which helped me feel more confident and show my true self.

It is a difficult process since I waited for 2 to 3 hours because there's a lot of applicants in the recruitment hub that day, but it is okay since I learned so much from it. The entire interview is not easy but I'm blessed that I passed it all.

Interview process is just them wanting to know what kind of internet you have, how fast, what hours you're looking for and waiting for an offer letter. It was pretty straight forward.
